Where do orders ship from?
Orders ship from our warehouse in Portugal to the European Union and from Brazil to the rest of the world. Import duties are charged in the destination country and are not included at checkout — except for orders shipped from Portugal within the European Union.

How do I book a color analysis?
Through the consultant, not through us. Every consultant on the consultants page takes her own bookings by email, and the packages on that page show what each session includes.
Which class should I start with?
Level 1 — the in-person day. The certification pathway lays out every level in order, and the class list on the home page shows the next dates and cities.
