Refund Policy

Drops de Cor Ltda.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

How to request a return

  • Contact us at shop@dropsdecor.store with your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions by email.
  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with all original components.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
  • If you prefer, we can provide a prepaid return label. In that case, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are responsible for packaging the items securely and including any required shipping documentation. We recommend a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.
  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Full order returns: we refund the price of the products. For consumers in the European Union who return the entire order within the 14-day withdrawal period, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.
  • Partial returns: we refund the price paid for the returned items only. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Import duties, customs fees and taxes paid to carriers or authorities are not refunded by Drops de Cor.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

  • Defective products: request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Visibly damaged packaging or items: notify us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.
  • In these cases, we cover return shipping and refund the full amount paid, including original shipping, or send a replacement.

Non-returnable items

  • Items showing signs of use, misuse or intentional damage.
  • Digital products, including digital dossiers, digital color analysis, online consultations and online courses.

EU right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at shop@dropsdecor.store within this period. The goods must be sent back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.
