Work

To secure your session, Drops de Cor requires a 30% booking fee, which serves as a non-refundable deposit.

 

Once your payment is confirmed, our team will connect you directly with a certified consultant of your choice to schedule your appointment.

 

Sessions take place at a location agreed upon between you and your consultant — some professionals welcome clients in their own studios, while others can travel to your home for the service.

 

The remaining balance (70%) is to be paid directly to your consultant on the day of your appointment.

 

This policy ensures your spot is reserved and allows your consultant to prepare all materials for a personalized experience.

What is a color analysis consultation, and what can I expect?

A color analysis helps you discover which colors complement your natural features — skin tone, hair, and eyes — to bring out your best. During your session, a certified Drops de Cor consultant will guide you through a personalized process using drapes, color tools, and expert insight. You’ll leave with a seasonal color palette and clear styling tips tailored to your lifestyle.

How long does a consultation take?

Individual consultations typically last 30–90 minutes, depending on the session type and any add-ons (such as makeup recommendations or wardrobe guidance). The online analysis takes up to 7 business days after we receive your photos and payment.

How does the in-person booking process work?

A 30% booking fee is paid directly through this website to secure your session.

Once your payment is confirmed, our team will connect you with one of our certified consultants to finalize the date, time, and location of your appointment.

The remaining 70% balance will be paid directly to the consultant on the day of your session.

Where do the in-person sessions take place?

Sessions happen in cities where Drops de Cor has active consultants.

Some consultants have their own private studios, while others can travel to your home or another location agreed upon between both parties.

What should I wear to my session?

We recommend arriving without makeup, avoiding foundation, blush, or lipstick.

Wear a neutral-colored top (white, gray, or beige), and keep your hair visible and natural when possible.

If you color your hair, your consultant will still identify your natural undertone accurately.

Can I bring a friend or family member?

Absolutely! Many clients enjoy sharing the experience.

Please inform your consultant in advance so extra time and materials can be prepared. Each person must have their own booking but we do offer a discount for group sessions. 

Will I receive my color palette to take home?

Paletter are included with our in persons packages.  Every client receives their Petit Color Fan and a Digital Seasonal Guide.

These materials help you apply your palette to clothing, accessories, makeup, and hair color choices.

Is the booking fee refundable?

No. The 30% booking fee is a non-refundable deposit that secures your session and covers administrative and preparation costs.

If you need to reschedule, contact your assigned consultant directly — many offer flexible options depending on availability.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my session?

You can reschedule your appointment by contacting your consultant directly at least 48 hours before the session.

Cancellations made after this period will result in the loss of the deposit.
