Refund and Cancelation Policy
For Products, Digital Materials and Online Services
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided you follow the conditions below:
How to request a return:
- Contact us by email at shop@dropsdecor.store or by phone at +55 51 99459 7746. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a shipping authorization by email.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached (if applicable).
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
Return shipping:
Once you receive your return instructions, please follow the guide carefully. You are responsible for including any required shipping documentation (such as a content declaration) and ensuring that the item is securely packaged for return.

Refunds will be processed using your original payment method or, if you prefer, we can issue a store credit. Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items to confirm they meet our policy requirements.

Additional Return Information
Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you receive a defective product, you must request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- If your order arrives with visibly damaged packaging or damaged items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Products Not Eligible for Return:
- Returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of misuse or intentional damage.
- We do not accept returns for digital products, including digital dossiers, digital color analyses, online consultations, or refresher courses.
For In Person Courses
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. To provide clarity and fairness to all participants, please read our in-person course cancellation policy carefully:
General Policy
- All course fees for in-person classes are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you may:
- Transfer your spot to another participant, or
- Request a one-time credit to apply toward a future course of equal value, subject to availability.
You must notify us at least 48 hours before the course start date to be eligible for a transfer or credit.
Illness & Emergencies
If you are unable to attend due to illness or an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible.
- We may request proof of illness (such as a doctor’s note) to approve a reschedule or credit.
- No-shows without prior notice will forfeit the course fee.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
